Allison has extensive experience advising clients on white-collar defense, internal investigations, and compliance counseling matters. Her work includes representing corporations and individuals in complex matters involving federal and international law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Allison has handled investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, and other federal and state laws.
At Redgrave, she manages all aspects of discovery in litigation and investigations. Allison assists clients in developing defensible eDiscovery strategies and processes for high-stakes matters, including advising on complex eDiscovery issues in connection with DOJ and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) antitrust reviews. Her experience also includes assessing anti-corruption risks associated with mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Allison was a senior associate at K&L Gates LLP and a managing associate at Sidley Austin LLP. During law school, she served as an Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
