Joseph has over 15 years of experience managing document review teams and fact development in complex, high-stakes litigation.  His background includes work on multi-billion-dollar antitrust matters and whistleblower complaints filed under state-level False Claims Acts.

At Redgrave, Joseph supervises all aspects of document review workflows, including responsibility for training attorneys on project protocols as well as eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Concordance.  He also conducts performance audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product, coordinates with litigation teams and IT specialists on collection strategy and search creation, and leads meetings to inform litigation strategy.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Joseph served as an eDiscovery Project Manager and eDiscovery Attorney at Cimplifi where he worked on multi-billion-dollar antitrust and state-level False Claims Act matters.  He also previously practiced personal injury law at Franco and Franco P.A., and completed a legal internship with the Office of the Public Defender in Florida.  Joseph is an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Joseph’s work experience includes:

  • Supervising and allocating workloads among document review teams in multi-billion-dollar antitrust and state-level False Claims Act litigation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and trial readiness throughout the review process
  • Conducting time and productivity audits with individualized feedback and mentorship, increasing efficiency and accuracy across document review teams
  • Leading fact development projects to gather and organize critical evidence for depositions, expert reports, motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, motions in limine, trial exhibit lists, and trial examinations
  • Serving as liaison between senior litigation teams and review teams, leading weekly stakeholder meetings with partners, associates, and review attorneys to discuss fact development, resource allocation, and litigation strategy
  • Producing privilege and redaction logs, performing privilege review, third-party confidentiality review, and quality control review in response to requests for production
  • Conducting eDiscovery review and analysis in matters involving FCPA compliance, securities fraud, foreign currency trading investigations, intellectual property disputes, and complex real estate transactions
