Katie has extensive experience supporting defensible eDiscovery processes across complex litigation matters, with a focus on discovery strategy, document review, and the application of review technology at scale.
At Redgrave, Katie supports end-to-end discovery across all stages of the review lifecycle. Her experience includes recommending defensible discovery protocols, supporting data collection efforts, and managing risk. Katie designs and executes defensible review and production workflows, including early case assessment, technology assisted review/continuous active learning (TAR/CAL), and generative AI (GenAI)-enabled review tools. Katie also leverages a deep understanding of leading eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Ringtail, and Brainspace. She is ACEDS-certified and an Everlaw Certified Project Manager.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Katie held roles at Hilgers PLLC, where she led discovery strategy for complex litigation matters, and at Covington & Burling LLP, where she supported discovery on litigation and internal investigations. She also completed an eDiscovery secondment at a large technology company and began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara R. Hanson (Ret.) in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District.
