Kristy has over 25 years of experience handling discovery in complex litigation matters across a wide range of industries.   

At Redgrave, Kristy leverages her extensive document review background to support the Review & Analytics team with collection strategy, search creation, privilege review, privilege log creation and redaction, and production efforts.  She assists with the management of complex document review, supervising review teams, providing training on project protocols, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables, and collaborating with attorneys, advisors, and external stakeholders.

Before joining Redgrave, Kristy served as a contract attorney for numerous global law firms and corporate clients, including Sidley Austin LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, BP p.l.c., and the Chicago Cubs.  She has also practiced in various legal capacities, including sole practitioner, associate attorney, and corporate counsel, gaining extensive litigation and trial work experience.  

Kristy's representative work experience includes:

  • Conducting privilege reviews and redactions for complex litigation matters involving antitrust investigations, ERISA disputes, and shareholder litigation, using platforms such as Relativity and Concordance
  • Supervising large-scale document review teams of over 100 attorneys across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to project protocols and quality control standards
  • Leading a global contract audit for a multinational corporation, reviewing over 300 distributor agreements and coordinating cross-border legal conferences to align audit findings
  • Providing litigation support for law firms in high-stakes cases, including deposition preparation, mediation strategy, and trial logistics for environmental and reinsurance disputes
  • Managing centralized contract database development for an international financial technology company by reviewing and abstracting over 850 vendor agreements
