Rashida has twenty years of experience supporting complex litigation matters through legal analysis and document review, including assessing documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues across large-scale reviews.

At Redgrave, Rashida works with the Review and Analytics Team, applying her knowledge of multi-level document review, quality control, and privilege log preparation to inform project protocols, issue coding, and review guidelines.  Her experience includes using review platforms such as Relativity and contributing to the management of complex document reviews.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Rashida held contract document review roles with Legalpeople, Robert Half Legal, Hire Counsel, Advanced Discovery, and Donovan and Watkins.  Earlier in her career, she operated a solo practice focused on civil and immigration matters.

Rashida’s work experience includes:

  • Performing multi-level document review for responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, PII, and issue coding
  • Preparing and updating privilege logs, including identifying privileged information and supporting privilege determinations
  • Applying redactions to confidential and privileged material in accordance with established review protocols
  • Reviewing and summarizing documents that may be relevant to key issues, depositions, or case strategy
  • Reviewing audio files for compliance needs and documenting findings for case teams
  • Collaborating with litigation teams to ensure accurate and thorough document production
  • Representing clients in immigration matters with focus on family-based petitions
  • Handling family law cases and appearing in circuit court on behalf of clients
