T.J. has over 15 years of experience addressing complex eDiscovery issues, including review strategies and execution. She routinely counsels clients on defensible adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in discovery and leverages advanced analytics to deliver reliable, measurable legal outcomes in high-volume matters.
As part of the Firm’s Review & Analytics team, T.J. develops scalable AI-powered workflows for complex reviews and supervises document review for relevancy, privilege, and quality control (QC). She has deep hands-on experience across leading platforms, including Relativity, Brainspace, and Everlaw, and she is known for building customized processes that streamline review and strengthen defensibility.
Prior to joining Redgrave, T.J. served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Everlaw, where she was a core member of the EverlawAI beta team and authored resources on generative AI (GenAI) in discovery. Her previous roles also include Senior Project Manager, Cybersecurity Incident Response and Data Breach, at UnitedLex and Project Manager at Complete Discovery Source. Earlier in her career, T.J. practiced as a discovery attorney at firms including Troutman eMerge. During law school, she received a Pro Bono Medal and served as Senior Editor of the Southern Region BLSA Law Journal.
