Karin S. Jenson, Christopher Q. King and Diana Fasching led a webinar on March 14 outlining tips and best practices for implementing Defensible Disposition programs as an alternative to ongoing storage of legacy data records, which could potentially lead to millions of dollars of cost for document collection, review, and production, when (not if) the data ever becomes part of discovery in litigation. The panelists addressed creating a strong business case for introducing programs that ensure compliance with legal and regulatory preservation requirements.
