The Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program is pleased to sponsor a free, in-person CLE entitled The Four P’s of E-Discovery: Proportionality, Preservation, Privilege and Privacy.
Jonathan Redgrave (Chair Emeritus of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 and Partner at Redgrave LLP) will lead an interactive education session for the bench and bar focused on four of the most challenging areas of civil discovery today: Proportionality, Preservation, Privilege and Privacy.
The program will include a discussion of the law within the Seventh Circuit and nationally on these topics, and will address how to apply these concepts to small and large cases of all types. Some of the specific topics Mr. Redgrave will address include:
