Jonathan Redgrave among panel discussing the Western District of Pennsylvania’s new Special Master Initiative and the impact the innovative program could have on eDiscovery costs and efficiencies. 

Pittsburgh, PA, April 14, 2011 --- Jonathan M. Redgrave, Richard N. Lettieri, The Honorable Joy Flowers Conti and The Honorable Nora Barry Fischer discuss the selection and use of eDiscovery Special Masters in the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Panelists will address recent actions taken by the Board of Judges to create a structured process for the selection and use of E-Discovery Special Masters in the U.S. Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, including: duties performed, developing a process, reviewing candidates and the benefits of using eDiscovery Special Masters.  Panelists will also discuss the potential impact that this groundbreaking program may have on other districts that are considering the implementation of similar programs.
