Industry Experience:

Sarah brings over 15 years of experience to her role as a Managing Director at Redgrave LLP. Her in-depth experience includes eDiscovery consulting, evaluation of legal technology software, and process improvement for the discovery phase of litigation and information governance.

Some of Sarah’s recent work experience includes:

  • Managing the development of a proprietary application designed to manage case-related materials
  • Working directly with General Counsel and IT to streamline the legal hold process, control cost, and increase efficiency and compliance
  • Evaluating legal hold software and other eDiscovery technologies
  • Consulting with clients on all phases of the discovery process and providing expertise in project management during discovery engagements
  • Implementing client based metrics to assist in discovery budgeting and providing clients with more accurate estimates of costs
  • Managing client data throughout the entire electronic discovery process from collection, to production, and post-production tracking and management
  • Supporting internal case teams throughout the case including document review, deposition preparation, and trial preparation
  • Preparing responsive materials for document production and handling opposing party document productions
  • Serving as a key team member in In re McDermott International, Inc. (Bankr. S.D.Tex.), where Redgrave LLP acted as Discovery counsel for debtor, energy industry provider of engineering, construction, and installation services, restructuring $9.2 billion in prepetition debt

Sarah is actively involved with the Women in eDiscovery and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).  Her certifications include: Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS); Relativity Certified Administrator; Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Assisted Review Specialist certifications; LAW PreDiscovery EDD Certification; LAW PreDiscovery Certified Administrator; CaseSoft Support Certification; and Concordance Certified Software Trainer (CCST).

Education:

Sarah received a B.A. from Colby College and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
