Diana M. Fasching, Senior Advisor
Diana Fasching brings a strong technical background to the Redgrave team. With a Master of Science in Software Engineering and 15 years of experience working in both Technical Analyst and Business Analyst roles in law firms and corporations she has a robust understanding of the significance records and information management play in litigation today and the associated challenges impacting and influencing information technology.
As a Senior Advisor, Diana works collaboratively with clients and Firm counsel to uncover and understand complex technical systems and infrastructures. Her responsibilities include identifying issues and recommending practical solutions related to the management of electronically stored information using current and emerging technologies.
Recent Work Experience:
- Assisting Firm counsel in performing records management and discovery readiness gap analyses and developing remediation plans
- Collaborating closely with Firm counsel in defining the current and recommended state of clients' legal hold and collection processes and workflow
- Working with Firm counsel in developing discovery response plans, including investigation and documentation of company-wide systems containing electronically stored information
- Consulting with Firm counsel and electronic discovery service providers in developing and implementing reasonable sampling strategies to inform the disposition recommendations for clients' legacy media
- Investigating and recommending a web archiving solution to help clients address the challenges of managing web content as a record and preserving web content for discovery
- Providing project management services to enable on-time and on-budget records management and discovery analysis on compressed time tables
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Diana worked as a Technology Analyst with Daley & Fey LLP, as a Senior Analyst at Redgrave Daley Ragan and Wagner LLP and as a Technical/Business Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Software Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
