Redgrave LLP’s management team focuses on ensuring that our delivery of client services, our work environment for our employees, and our involvement in the legal and broader communities meets the highest and best standards of consistent excellence.  The management team reports to the Firm’s Executive Committee and Management Committee and is led by the firm’s Managing Partner, Victoria Redgrave.  The management team also includes the Firm’s Chief Administrative & Branding Officer, Ashlie Bucy, and its Director of Operations, Lisa Carlson-Douma.
