Ashlie G. Bucy
As the Chief Administrative & Branding Officer, Ashlie Bucy is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Firm’s administrative functions, including personnel, recruitment, practice development and professional development. Ashlie is also responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing the strategic direction of the Redgrave LLP brand, managing the Firm’s marketing, communications, and business expansion initiatives.
Ashlie has spent the past ten years managing teams and consulting on brand strategy. In 2005, she started applying her communications and marketing background within the information technology space, contributing to campaigns for companies such as Technology Concepts & Design, Inc ("TCDI"), Technology Evaluation Centers, Oracle, and JD Edwards.
Recent Work Experience:
- Leading a major corporate rebranding initiative involving qualitative and quantitative assessments of target markets, updates and additions to imaging and a redesign of the strategic marketing plan.
- Coordinating the launch of a national advertising campaign including the management of thematic direction, messaging, artistic direction, video production, web design, vendor relationships and activity planning.
- Facilitating cooperative partnerships and educational initiatives with organizations such as The 7th Circuit Bar Association, The Sedona Conference and The Georgetown eDiscovery Institute.
- Initiating the ERP Vendor Shootout, an International marketing initiative involving all of the tier-one players in the ERP market space including SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Epicor and Infor.
- Managing a corporate expansion initiative for a technology consulting firm, broadening their service offerings into a new, 7-state region.
- Managing relationships with Oracle Product Strategy Directors and the Vice President of Consulting Services.
Prior to her work in the information technology arena, Ashlie spent time as a Special Assistant to George Stephanopoulos at ABC News. She also worked as a Producer with a DC-based media consulting firm (Squier Knapp Dunn), and as part of Bill Bradley's Advance Team in the 2000 Presidential election.
Ashlie holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a co-founder of two non-profit organizations that work with high school students in Greensboro, North Carolina.
