Kenneth A. Prine, Partner

Ken Prine has represented regional, national, and international corporate clients in litigation in federal and state courts across the country. His emphasis has been on pre-trial negotiations and investigation, discovery and motion practice in a variety of substantive areas of the law including products liability defense, copyright and trademark law, affirmative action compliance and general commercial litigation. Ken’s particular focus for the past several years has been on electronic discovery, electronic records management, and electronic litigation preparedness.
 
Before joining Redgrave LLP, Ken was a Senior Manager, Legal Services Outsourcing, with CPA Global where he worked with corporate clients to manage the risks and costs associated with discovery and records and information management in complex criminal and civil litigation and business transactions. In addition, Ken worked with clients in developing legally defensible eDiscovery business processes, policies, and procedures. He has also served as Counsel at the firms Daley & Fey LLP, and Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner, LLP and was a litigation associate at Winthrop & Weinstine and Gray Plant Mooty, both in Minneapolis. During his tenure at Redgrave Daley Ragan and Wagner he was seconded to a Fortune 500 medical device company to help develop and implement its electronic discovery program.
 
Ken holds a J.D. (University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude) and a B.A. (DePauw University). He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and in Wisconsin.
