Michael C. Kearney*
Michael C. Kearney brings his focus on issues regarding data protection and information privacy to his role as an attorney at Redgrave LLP. Michael has significance experience in the analysis and implementation of Information Security (IS) Policies, along with the management of IS teams and program development.
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Michael served as an Analyst supporting new technology, information security and privacy matters. Before pursuing his legal career, Michael worked for Wells Fargo Bank, where he managed a team of Information Security Analysts in the Bank’s Information Security Risk Assessment Group. Additionally, he participated in the development of a comprehensive information security program for the bank in response to mandates from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Michael holds a J.D. (William & Mary School of Law) and a B.A. in Computer Science and History (Washington and Lee University, cum laude). He was the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and was the recipient of the 2010 ABA Section of Science & Technology Law Student Writing Contest.
