Redgrave LLP continues its longstanding commitment to excellence in thought leadership through significant contributions to the Third Edition of The Sedona Conference Principles: Best Practices, Recommendations & Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production (October 2017).  The document, published by The Sedona Conference®, has been a frequently cited resource in the field of eDiscovery for judges, lawyers, and academics for over 14 years.  Jonathan Redgrave, Chuck Ragan and Ted Hiser were instrumental in the first two editions, with Jonathan as the Editor in Chief of the publication’s first two editions (and as then-chair of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1); Ted was Senior Editor of the first two editions; and Chuck was Managing Editor of Annotated Versions in 2004, 2005 and 2007.  In the latest edition, under the stewardship of current WG1 chair Kevin Brady, the document has been updated in key ways.  See Introduction, 19 Sedona Conf. J. 1, 28 (forthcoming 2018), available here

Chuck Ragan and Ted Hiser were members of the 10-person drafting team and comprised half of the four-person Editorial Style Committee responsible for vetting, proofing, and ensuring stylistic consistency across the entire document.
