On August 14, 2021, Gareth T. Evans will present session six of the SDPA and ACEDS Orange County Chapter’s eDiscovery Summer Refresher 2.0 Virtual Conference, “California Roundtable – A Discussion of the 2020 changes to handling eDiscovery under California law.”  The session will cover how attorneys, law firms, service providers, and clients are adapting to the changes of the California Code of Civil Procedures (CCP), specifically CCP Section 2031.280(a), which eliminated the option to produce documents as they were kept in the usual course of business.
