Over February 9-11, 2021, Hon. Nan R. Nolan will help facilitate a three-day training program with The Sedona Conference Institute on eDiscovery negotiation.  The program, “2021 eDiscovery Negotiation Training: Practical Cooperative Strategies,” includes three mock Rule 26(f) conferences focusing on the scope of discovery, preservation, form of production, privilege, and social media.  Through the program, participants will learn to negotiate effectively with opposing counsel to ensure efficient, cost-effective fact-finding and avoid unnecessary disputes.
