Cindy has a passion for eDiscovery and Information Governance. Spending many years in complex litigation, Cindy finds working the technical aspects of a case coupled with her personal interaction with clients to be most rewarding. Clients look to Cindy for her sound guidance. Through her demonstrated dedication to client services, Cindy works to apply best practices and ultimately determine the best solution and course of action for any given matter.

Some of Cindy’s recent work experience includes:

  • Providing support for all aspects of litigation including discovery and mediation through trial and appeal
  • Managing the eDiscovery process by collaborating with clients regarding the preservation, collection, review, and production of data
  • Developing and implementing strategies and protocols for document review and for collecting, analyzing, and culling data
  • Managing incoming document productions by opposing parties and non-parties in complex cases with large numbers of parties
  • Mentoring case team members including attorneys, paralegals and litigation support staff regarding best practices and procedures for eDiscovery and data management
  • Drafting discovery requests and responses, subpoenas duces tecum, and expert disclosures

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Cindy was a Litigation Paralegal at multiple law firms, managing a comprehensive caseload that included catastrophic loss, products liability, construction defects, professional liability, mass torts, injury, wrongful death, contracts, insurance coverage, and other matters.


Cindy is a member of the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and Women in eDiscovery.


Cindy received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from Winona State University and has a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. Cindy is proficient in many technologies including Summation and Relativity.
