Cricket brings over 20 years of information technology experience to her role as a Director at Redgrave LLP.  She is a seasoned professional with extensive experience with both private and public entities managing enterprise software development projects, strategic planning, information governance, and defensible disposition.  Cricket has delivered business value to clients in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, global manufacturing, health care, biotechnology, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.  Her technical background and understanding of the significance technology plays in eDiscovery and information governance makes her an invaluable addition to the Redgrave LLP team.

Some of Cricket’s recent work experience includes:

  • Developing standards and procedures for defensible disposition for a public utility
  • Implementing discovery playbook processes and procedures for an international manufacturing company
  • Evaluating migration, decommissioning, and validation plans for multiple clients concerning defensible disposition standards
  • Revamping the records retention policy and schedule for a U.S.-based global hospitality client
  • Developing and executing a test plan to evaluate identification, preservation, and export features of Microsoft’s O365 Security & Compliance Center for a global restaurant franchisor
  • Developing criteria for evaluating eDiscovery management tools for a healthcare provider involved in antitrust litigation
  • Working with senior managers to understand multiple clients’ business drivers and develop multi-year strategic plans

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Cricket worked for Infinity Software Development, Inc. as a Manager and Lead Business Analyst and for Control Systems Integrators, LLC as Director of Client Services.


Cricket is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).


Cricket received a B.S. in Marketing Management from Florida State University.
