Industry Experience:

Since 2009, Logan has been part of large trial teams defending clients, including pharmaceutical companies in products-liability matters, as well as working with teams involved in high-profile restructuring matters.  Logan frequently coordinates large-scale litigation support from case inception through trial, directing teams to successfully manage all aspects of discovery in support of case strategy.  He has led vendor relations from sourcing through contract, and day-to-day management in support of complex litigation and investigation needs.  Logan has been described by his client teams as an accomplished leader, dedicated to fostering a work environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.

Some recent examples of Logan’s experience include:

  • Consulting on requests for production and other discovery mechanisms to limit discovery scope
  • Responsible for extensive document review using Relativity and other review platforms
  • Managing discovery processes, including document collections, custodian interviews, and document productions
  • Drafting discovery responses and other legal documents
  • Assimilating documents, pleadings, and exhibits in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial
  • Developing departmental training procedures and curriculum for litigation teams
  • Staffing and managing teams of contract attorneys to ensure swift and accurate review of sensitive data while minimizing unnecessary exposure
  • Acting as the primary interface to technology vendors engaged to support large-scale litigation
  • Building business requirements and contracting with technology vendors to ensure best practices for information security
  • Testing and implementing, updating, and validating controls to ensure data entrusted to technology vendors is secure
  • Serving as a key team member in In re McDermott International, Inc. (Bankr. S.D.Tex.), where Redgrave LLP acted as Discovery counsel for debtor, energy industry provider of engineering, construction, and installation services, restructuring $9.2 billion in prepetition debt
