Marissa brings an extensive knowledge of the intersection of business and legal principles, concepts, practices, and standards to her role as an Advisor at Redgrave LLP.  With over 30 years of experience in corporate and private practices, she is highly skilled at supporting client needs and focuses on identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to streamline processes.  Marissa has a background in project management and has supported teams in all aspects of eDiscovery matters, including preservation holds, custodian identification, document collection, and asset collection and tracking, as well as working on a variety of corporate information governance projects.

Some of Marissa’s recent work experience includes:

  • Compiling data analytics and drafting proposals regarding document handling and retention
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of document retention and information management policies
  • Overseeing the collection and processing of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Maintaining and updating databases and reporting tools to track legal processes
  • Conducting legal research and producing supporting documentation and reports

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Marissa worked as a paralegal for various global corporations and Am Law 100 firms.  


Marissa received her B.S. from Guilford College, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
