Mimi P. Singh

Mimi brings significant experience spanning 15 years in the legal and professional services industries to her role as a Director at Redgrave LLP.  She has spent much of her career engaged in high-touch eDiscovery project and implementation management roles.  Mimi is skilled at integrating technological and defensible solutions to support in-house, law firm, corporate, and vendor litigation and discovery needs.  Her extensive background allows for Mimi to provide focused counseling, project management, strategic design, workflow development, and analytics support and solutions to her clients.  Mimi also utilizes her legal education and prior background as a litigator and in-house legal counselor to provide a unique perspective to resolving discovery and information governance issues over a large range of matters, including those concerning multi-district litigation, product liability, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and labor and employment.  

Mimi is a certified Relativity Expert and has over a decade of administrative experience navigating the platform.  In 2018, she was recognized as Relativity’s first Stellar Women in eDiscovery.  She is also skilled in and stays current on a range of analytics tools for utilization in technology assisted review (TAR) and deployment of varied analytics/AI solutions across case needs throughout fact development, deposition preparation, and use at trial.

Some of Mimi’s recent work experience includes:

  • Managing data throughout the EDRM, including preservation, collection, processing, review, and production
  • Developing and negotiating key ESI search terms
  • Overseeing the design, implementation, consultation, and training of analytics and AI solutions for TAR reviews and key document identification
  • Managing privilege review teams and producing privilege protocol and templates
  • Leading the analysis, assembly, and management of a combination of software, vendors, and processes for complex litigation and investigations
  • Assisting with eDiscovery meet and confers and discovery motion practice
  • Developing document review protocol and determining performance metrics

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Mimi served as General Counsel, Director of eDiscovery Consulting at Sandline Discovery.  She also has worked for a decade at two Am Law 100 law firms in a legal consultative capacity, several service providers including an on-site engagement at General Motors, and served as a Law Clerk at the Pro Bono Council of Santa Clara.


Mimi is a Relativity Expert with multiple certifications, including Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Analytics Specialist, Relativity Project Management Specialist, and Relativity User Certification.  

She also holds a certificate from MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and Sloan School of Management on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.  

Mimi has managed multiple community gardens and is currently involved in various local charities addressing food scarcity in Philadelphia.


Mimi received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from Stanford University School of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Temple University.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
