INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Penny is a respected and knowledgeable leader in cultivating solid and long-lasting client relationships in the information law space.  With decades of experience focused on client service, as well as hands-on experiences in the trenches of high-stakes complex litigation, Penny is skilled at identifying and developing solutions for existing and prospective clients.

As Client Development Director at Redgrave LLP, Penny works closely with Firm management as well as client leads to identify opportunities to serve existing and prospective clients.  She also works directly with clients to ensure that the Firm is meeting (and exceeding) expectations in all phases of engagements.  In addition, Penny engages with Firm management to identify and assess business and industry trends that will impact clients and their needs. as well as assisting with internal initiatives that enhance efficiencies and excellence across engagements.  Penny represents the Firm at conferences, summits, tradeshows, and other industry events to further promote Redgrave initiatives.

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Penny served as the Director of Discovery and Government Enforcement Strategy at Shook Hardy & Bacon.  Her previous experience includes working as Client Service Manager at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Director of Client Development at TCDI. 

ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Penny is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1), Women in eDiscovery, and the Legal Marketing Association.

EDUCATION:

Penny received a Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies degree from Winston-Salem State University and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Alamance Community College.
