Thomas P. Seymour



Thomas brings more than 14 years of experience to his role as a Director at Redgrave LLP. Tom is a seasoned professional and has extensive experience with eDiscovery project management, data collection, and computer forensics, working with both corporate and law firm clients on complex issues. Tom’s unique understanding of the significance technology plays in eDiscovery and information governance makes him an invaluable addition to eDiscovery and records management teams at Redgrave LLP. Some of Tom’s recent work experience includes:

  • Developing strategies and assessing approaches for the preservation, collection, and analysis of data
  • Identifying and implementing information governance best practices
  • Developing project management methodologies for cost-effective data processing, hosting, and review projects
  • Leading the selection of discovery solutions, including requirements building, product selection, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Assisting clients prepare for Rule 30(b)(6) depositions and Rule 26(f) meet and confer conferences

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Tom worked with UnitedLex Corporation as their Managing Director of eDiscovery Professional Services; Huron Consulting Group as an Associate; and Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP as an Analyst.


Tom holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. 


Tom received a B.A. from the University of Kansas and a Masters in Management Information Systems (MMIS) from Friends University.
