Redgrave LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of Ben S. Barnes and Michael A. Blank.  Effective April 1, 2021, the Firm has promoted both Ben and Michael to Counsel. 

As Counsel, Ben will continue to focus his work in the eDiscovery and information law space. He readily assists clients with various projects, including data mapping, litigation-readiness plans, document review production, privilege log preparation, and is skilled in helping clients prepare motion papers and witnesses for depositions.  Ben also has experience addressing data privacy issues for clients, including performing data privacy assessments and advising on compliance strategies concerning privacy policies and terms of use.

As Counsel, Michael will continue to use and cultivate his extensive knowledge in eDiscovery and information governance by representing clients in internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and litigation.  He is skilled in addressing a wide range of issues for clients and focuses on establishing discovery and information governance best practices and standards to ensure quality control.  Michael is also an experienced legal writer and has a robust understanding of document review, privilege logs, and legal research.
