On May 4, 2023, David Shonka will moderate the panel “Privacy and Data Security Legislative and Regulatory Update” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 Annual Meeting.  David’s session will cover notable changes in U.S. data privacy and security regulations, including an in-depth look at the state-level consumer privacy laws taking effect throughout the year.  Other panelists are Tim Murphy (Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General), Dalia Ritvo and Jill Szewczyk (Colorado Office of the Attorney General), and Jim A. Trilling (Federal Trade Commission).
