On May 12, 2022, Martin Tully will moderate the panel discussion, “Attack of the Collaboration Apps,” at the ABA’s 16th Annual National Institute on E-Discovery. The panel will discuss how organizations can adapt existing eDiscovery processes to address the challenges associated with the ever-expanding world of collaboration apps, including strategies for addressing proportionality assessments. Martin will be joined by Stacey Blaustein (Counsel – Corporate Litigation at IBM), Dave Ruel (Senior Product Manager at Hanzo, Inc.), and Florence Yee (Vice President – Corporate Counsel at The Prudential Insurance Company of America).
