INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Angad brings an extensive background in eDiscovery and significant experience in the legal and professional services industries to his role as Director at Redgrave LLP. His career has focused on developing solutions and providing technology guidance for complex eDiscovery and information governance issues in high-stakes litigation. Angad is skilled at integrating best practice strategies into processes that support litigation and discovery needs. His deep understanding of various technology platforms, including M365, G Suite, Slack, and other collaboration and ephemeral messaging tools, give him a unique perspective on evolving issues and solutions in the discovery landscape. Angad works with client teams to identify the technical and technology needs of engagements, and provides analysis and recommendations for strategies specific to the scope and goals of the matter. He also assists with respect to supporting information governance assessments and solutions.

Some of Angad’s recent work experience includes:

Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of legal hold and eDiscovery software
Assisting with the hosting of large document reviews and leveraging technology assisted review (TAR)
Collaborating with outside counsel and internal IT departments on data collection requests
Assisting with pre-deposition interviews regarding data collection
Participating in interviews to document and advise on data retention policies for cloud and internal applications
Maintaining legal technology documentation and training processes
Assisting with decommissioning of systems

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Angad held in-house eDiscovery and information governance roles at various large corporations. He also spent several years in project management roles at Am Law 100 law firms.

CERTIFICATIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Angad’s certifications include Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and Exterro Project Management.

EDUCATION:

Angad received a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Wooster and completed additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
