INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Stacy has extensive experience in the field of eDiscovery, specifically surrounding litigation readiness and support.  She is skilled in discovery database searches, case fact development, as well as deposition, motion, and trial preparation.  Stacy has worked with clients in a broad range of matters, including antitrust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, fraud, and securities litigation.  Her diverse background contributes to her ability to provide practical and effective solutions to various organizations and industries.

Some of Stacy’s recent work experience includes:

  • Leading the search and analysis of discovery for litigation and investigations
  • Performing and evaluating exploratory analyses of discovery databases for selection of search terms concerning document collection
  • Evaluating documents for responsiveness, privilege, and content
  • Reviewing privileged documents and creating privilege log entries
  • Revising and implementing document review protocols
  • Drafting complaints, motions, and responses to motions

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Stacy worked at various law firms in Chicago, IL, and served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Rockford, IL. 

EDUCATION:

Stacy received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois.  She is admitted to practice in Illinois.  Stacy has completed the Relativity Certified Administrator course.
