Kay N. Pfeiffer, Advisor
Kay Pfeiffer was a Senior Paralegal in the Litigation Group of a Fortune 40 chemical company prior to joining Redgrave LLP. Kay's work focused primarily on product liability and anti-trust matters, where Kay worked both individually and in tandem with in-house and outside counsel attorneys on various case management and disovery matters. Kay also managed the discovery efforts in several high profile litigation matters where an unfavorable outcome could have resulted in significant consequences for the company.
Kay was one of the founding members of the company’s Discovery Practice Group, which was formed to manage the company’s strategy, processes and response to discovery. In this role, she worked closely with the company’s Information Technology department in developing processes and procedures regarding all phases of electronic and paper discovery, including the development of defensible legal hold issuance/management procedures and processes for the collection, processing and review of paper and electronic information. In addition, she has been involved in vendor evaluation, selection and management.
Kay holds an Associate Degree in Science, a B.A. in Business Management and a Paralegal Certificate.
