Amy has over 15 years of legal experience in document review and international corporate counsel work across complex litigation and government investigations.

At Redgrave, Amy manages document review and quality control workflows, trains review attorneys on project protocols using various review tools, such as Relativity and OpenText, and prepares privilege logs.  She coordinates with litigation teams on review strategy and conducts quality audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Amy held document review attorney and team lead roles at Elevate Services, Level Legal, Hilgers Graben, Kroll Discovery, and Update Legal.  Earlier in her career, she held in-house counsel positions at Cadence Design Systems, Tencent, and Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, and began her legal career as an associate at White & Case in Shanghai.  Amy is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.

Amy’s work experience includes:

  • Conducting quality control and privilege review, including Canadian privilege law, in antitrust class action and European Commission competition law investigations
  • Managing privilege log and redaction workflows, including Excel blackout redaction, across multiple Second Request antitrust investigations involving 300 or more reviewers
  • Leading document review teams of 100 or more attorneys across multiple offices in antitrust, Title IX, FCPA, patent infringement, and securities fraud investigations, including foreign language review in Mandarin Chinese
  • Developing compliance programs and training materials for corporate offices across the Asia-Pacific region, and conducting internal investigations, including witness interviews and evidence collection, regarding employee conduct issues
  • Conducting document review in data privacy and breach class actions, product liability tort class actions, and shareholders' class actions for fraud
