Christina has experience in all stages of complex civil litigation, from pre-litigation strategies through trial and appeals.

At Redgrave, Christina manages all aspects of discovery for a variety of complex litigation matters, including developing litigation strategies, engaging in motion practice, spearheading document collection efforts, preparing witnesses for depositions, and advising on privilege issues.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Christina worked as an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and McDermott Will & Schulte.  During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and as Executive Note Editor of the Boston College Law Review.

Christina’s work experience includes:

  • Serving as trial counsel for a leading software conglomerate in a complex breach of contract case regarding royalty payments
  • Chairing an arbitration hearing regarding a claim for wrongful termination
  • Representing health care systems in litigation against their electronic health records software and billing services providers for fraud and breach of contract
  • Obtaining a preliminary injunction after expedited discovery for a leading produce company suing a major competitor for trade secret misappropriation  
  • Handling all aspects of fact discovery for an automotive company suing its former employees for breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation
  • Developing and executing discovery strategies for a biotechnology and medical device company in an action for breach of contract and unfair and deceptive acts and practices
