Chris has 15 years of experience in document review and eDiscovery across a wide range of complex litigation and government investigations.

At Redgrave, Chris supports the Review & Analytics team with document collection strategy, search creation, and team leadership on document review projects using Relativity and OpenText.  He also trains review attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines.   

Prior to joining Redgrave, Chris was a document review attorney with Legalpeople and Morae Global.  He was also a solo practitioner at McGeehan Technology Law, Ltd., and an associate at Greer, Burns & Crain, Ltd.

Chris’s work experience includes:

  • Conducting document review in mass tort, patent litigation, shareholder disputes, and merger clearance matters, with merger clearance work spanning the United States and United Kingdom
  • Performing quality control review of onshore and offshore review teams and generating privilege logs for attorney-client, work product, and bank examination privilege claims
  • Preparing inadvertence narratives, deposition summaries, and contract abstracts, and redacting personally identifiable information and protected health information across complex review engagements
  • Handling intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution, and IP transactional matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement actions, proceedings before the USPTO and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and IP due diligence for corporate transactions
