Claudia supports client teams through the discovery process in all phases of litigations and investigations, providing technical and project management support, including setting up and maintaining document databases, analyzing large volumes of data, culling and indexing documents, and advising on eDiscovery best practices.

She also executes document retrieval protocols, conducts case research, coordinates document productions, assists with trial preparation, and provides support at trial.  Claudia leverages her knowledge of discovery technologies such as Relativity, CaseMap, and Everlaw to establish efficient workflows for discovery projects.

In addition to her discovery and litigation support experience, Claudia has worked on complex forensic data analysis matters involving the reconstruction of user activity, analysis of data access and exfiltration events, and the review of forensic artifacts and structured data outputs.  She has supported investigations involving trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud-related matters by analyzing large datasets, synthesizing technical findings, and developing demonstrative exhibits and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex evidence to legal teams and other stakeholders.

Before joining Redgrave, Claudia held positions as a Litigation Paralegal at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and held litigation support roles at other law firms.

Fluent in Spanish and Italian, Claudia volunteers her time for pro bono translation assistance, which includes conducting asylum interviews and aiding clients in accessing legal services.

Claudia’s work experience includes:

  • Supporting the development of a supplemental expert report in a complex litigation matter involving transactional data analysis for a chemical manufacturing company, preparing data summaries, analytical exhibits, and trial demonstratives that contributed to a nearly $70 million favorable judgment
  • Serving as an expert in an ongoing trade secret and employee solicitation matter and providing an expert declaration that supported the entry of a preliminary injunction, which involved leveraging forensic evidence, communication records, and large-scale metadata analysis to reconstruct user activity and trace the access, transmission, and use of confidential information
  • Managing a 5000+ hard copy file review, tracking, and scanning project on behalf of a major transportation company to respond to discovery requests
  • Working with a major pharmaceutical company to identify, interview, and track custodians in connection with large multidistrict litigation
  • Performing data collection and analytics for multiple large healthcare and insurance companies to assist in detecting, preventing, and obtaining recoveries for systemic insurance fraud in jurisdictions across the country
  • Working with a global automotive manufacturing company to provide rightsizing data preservation efforts related to significant litigation and regulatory compliance issues
