Katharine has more than 20 years of experience in eDiscovery and complex litigation, including  multidistrict litigations (MDLs), class actions, and Second Requests.

At Redgrave, Katharine leads document review workflows from collection through production, and designs and executes AI-assisted and human-based review strategies across complex matters.  She advises clients on defensible discovery processes, oversees privilege analysis and quality control, and coordinates large matter teams.  She is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), a Relativity Review Management Specialist, and a Brainspace Specialist.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Katharine was a Senior Staff Attorney at Covington & Burling LLP.  She also served as a Staff Attorney at Hollingsworth LLP and as an attorney at various law firms providing corporate compliance and eDiscovery legal services.  She began her legal career as an extern to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance and an intern to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, both at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and as a member of Civil Staff at the Supreme Court of Louisiana.

Katharine’s work experience includes:

  • Developing and validating generative AI processes supporting document review, deposition preparation, and privilege logs
  • Providing guidance, training, and oversight to review attorneys across first-level, second-level, and quality control review on high-volume complex litigation matters
  • Drafting Federal Rule of Evidence 502(d) and 502(b) orders, negotiating search terms, and developing ESI protocols
  • Managing clawback workflows, coordinating privilege assessments, and overseeing discovery trackers to support coordination across large teams
  • Managing hyperlink request, collection, and review workflows and productions
  • Creating, analyzing, and validating review populations and complex privilege logs
  • Supporting deposition preparation by identifying key documents and organizing exhibits
