Marilyn has more than 10 years of experience in eDiscovery and document review across complex litigation, government investigations, and international discovery matters.

At Redgrave, Marilyn supports the Review & Analytics team with collection strategy, search creation, and management of complex document reviews using review tools, including Relativity and Concordance.  She also trains review attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Marilyn was counsel at Hilgers PLLC.  She also served as a staff attorney at Hollingsworth LLP, MoloLamken LLP, and BuckleySandler LLP (now Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP), and held contract and special project attorney positions with FRONTEO, Tower Legal Solutions, and Lexolution, LLC, supporting investigations and litigation at a number of AmLaw 100 firms.  Marilyn is a native Spanish speaker. 

Marilyn’s work experience includes:

  • Leading a team of more than 20 staff and contract attorneys on one of the nation’s largest products liability multidistrict litigations, managing assignments, workflow, and quality control
  • Drafting responses to written discovery requests and coordinating with clients to obtain and organize responsive information for inclusion in discovery responses
  • Supporting letters rogatory proceedings in Mexico, conducting Spanish-language document review in multinational FCPA investigations, and reviewing foreign-language communications in international financial regulatory matters
  • Developing advanced Boolean, keyword, and targeted search strategies to identify key evidence for depositions, witness preparation, and fact development
  • Designing document review coding protocols and quality-control workflows
