Matthew has over 20 years of experience addressing discovery in government investigations and commercial litigation matters. He is skilled in legal project management, leading attorney teams, managing complex discovery workflows, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
At Redgrave, Matthew manages second-level reviews, drafts privilege logs, oversees production quality checks, supervises large contract attorney review teams, and coordinates with discovery vendors. He has significant experience handling matters involving False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act claims, as well as enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Matthew leverages his extensive experience with eDiscovery issues, including those involving predictive coding and technology assisted review, to conduct efficient and cost-effective discovery for internal investigations and responses to investigations by U.S. government agencies.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Matthew was a staff attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. He also worked as a project manager at LawCorps in Washington, D.C.
