Monica has over a decade of experience in complex civil litigation, including class actions, high-profile crisis litigation, and large-scale multidistrict proceedings. She works with clients on eDiscovery and information governance issues across matters involving pharmaceutical, technology, insurance, and consumer goods companies.
Monica counsels clients on the negotiation of electronically stored information (ESI) protocols, document collection, and privilege issues arising in complex litigation in state and federal jurisdictions nationwide, as well as all other aspects of discovery planning and strategy.
Monica has significant experience working on high profile trials in multidistrict proceedings, including in matters involving false advertising, product liability, public nuisance, and statutory claims across state and federal courts. She is experienced in taking and defending expert, fact, and Rule 30(b)(6) witness depositions as well as in preparing witnesses for trial.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Monica served as Interim Commercial Counsel at GoodRx. Before that, she was a Senior Litigation Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she worked on some of the most complex and high-profile multidistrict matters of the past decade. She also spent three years in government service as an honors paralegal at the Department of Justice, where she was recognized with the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award. Monica is fluent in Spanish.
