On March 2, 2021, Gareth T. Evans will participate in The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Virtual Town Hall on Technology Assisted Review (“TAR”).  The meeting, which is the fourth in a series of Virtual Town Halls hosted by The Sedona Conference, will focus on the latest issues parties face when using TAR to identify potentially responsive documents and how to address these challenges effectively. Topics to be discussed include:

• Using search terms on a data set prior to using TAR
• Validation of TAR Results
• Frameworks that parties can use to control costs, increase trust in the process, and avoid pitfalls that can derail a TAR process
