On October 12, 2023, Jonathan Redgrave will participate in the panel discussion “Lawyers for Civil Justice: A Strategic Rules Update” at the 13th Annual EDI Leadership Summit. The panel will discuss the privacy and data security risks inherent to discovery in civil litigation and the need for comprehensive rules that create a structure for courts to consider privacy and cybersecurity concerns as a part of the discovery process.
