“[Nowadays, there’s] more requirements for counsel and vendors to demonstrate some cybersecurity maturity. … Now you can go to court and say, ‘I need to see a SOC 2 type report before I’m going to give [opposing counsel or a vendor] my data.’—[and] judges are sympathetic [to that].”
