On July 20, 2023, Martin Tully will participate in a panel discussion on The Sedona Conference Commentary on Proposed Model Data Breach Notification Law (the “Commentary”), recently published by The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability and open for public comment through August 3, 2023.  Martin will join other members of the Commentary’s drafting team to present their proposed changes to current state data breach notification laws and discuss how the Commentary can inform policy decisions at the U.S. federal and state levels as data breach statutes evolve.
