On May 15, 2024, Martin Tully will present “Negotiating ESI Protocols for the Use of Generative AI in e-Discovery” at The Masters Conference in Chicago. The Master’s Conference is a highly regarded boutique legal conference that focuses on addressing various challenges within the legal space.

Martin will join Cristin Traylor (Relativity) and Matthew Jackson (Sidley) for a debate over ESI protocols that address the use of generative AI for document review. The panelists will discuss how generative AI (in the form of aiR for Review) can be used for first-level review in a litigation matter and what provisions should cover it in an ESI protocol.
