Adam is a talented and respected eDiscovery attorney with more than 15 years of experience.  Clients and colleagues value Adam’s technical expertise, efficiency, collaborative spirit and ability to explain complicated technical matters in plain language.  Adam has identified and solved fundamental privilege log issues to ensure defensibility and examined opposing party’s privilege logs to pinpoint weaknesses for case strategy.  He also handles discovery and stakeholder coordination and conducts research to prepare expert witnesses.  Adam has established departmental best practices documents and standards to ensure quality control.  Cases in which Adam has been involved include bankruptcy, breach of contract, and pharmaceutical product liability.

  • Advised technology company on large-scale disputes related to privilege and discovery, including at trial
  • Assisted with deposition preparation of key witnesses in multi-million-dollar business software case alleging breach of contract and violations of state consumer law
  • Advised on discovery issues in multiple SEC and DOJ investigations involving foreign entities

Before joining Redgrave, Adam practiced as a discovery advisor at Kirkland & Ellis as a member of the Electronic Discovery Committee.  He also served as of counsel with the Chicago Legal Clinic and provided support in complex litigation matters at several Am Law 100 firms.  Adam previously clerked at the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
