INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Debbie brings an extensive eDiscovery background and over three decades of experience in the legal services industry, including in-house and consultant litigation support roles, to her role as a Senior Advisor at the Firm. She leverages her hands-on knowledge of discovery tools and processes to assist client teams in developing effective and efficient discovery solutions for clients facing litigation and investigations. Debbie is a skilled project manager, and her end-to-end experience with the discovery lifecycle enables her to anticipate client needs and recommend strategies for developing and executing tailored workflows.

Some of Debbie’s recent work experience includes:

Assisting with the implementation of legal holds and identifying strategies for process improvement
Assisting with data collections issues, including tracking custodians for second requests and regulatory inquiries
Conducting custodial interviews to support discovery efforts in litigation matters
Reviewing eDiscovery workflows to ensure processes are defensible

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Debbie worked as a Case Management Consultant at Consilio LLC. Her experience also includes in-house roles at large corporations and work as a litigation paralegal at various law firms.

CERTIFICATIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Debbie is an active member of Women in eDiscovery and has served in leadership roles for the organization. She also served on the project team for the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Data Mapping project from 2020-2022. Debbie earned the Advanced Certified Paralegal - Discovery credential from the National Association of Legal Assistants in May 2012.
