INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Since 2006, Amanda has been an integral member of complex litigation teams where she focuses her talents on organizing electronic and physical documents and large-scale document reviews.  This experience coupled with her strong trial preparation skills and involvement in legal hold enforcement efforts enable her to anticipate needs for clients faced with litigation and investigations.

Some recent examples of Amanda’s experience include:

  • Managing the eDiscovery process by collaborating with clients regarding the preservation, collection, review, and production of data
  • Mentoring case team members including paralegals and litigation support staff regarding best practices and procedures for eDiscovery and data management
  • Managing responsiveness and privilege reviews
  • Providing support for all aspects of litigation including discovery and mediation through trial and appeal
  • Developing and implementing strategies and protocols for document review and for collecting, analyzing, and culling data
  • Managing incoming document productions by opposing parties and non-parties in complex cases with large numbers of parties
  • Managing document databases for ESI productions
  • Serving as a key team member in In re McDermott International, Inc. (Bankr. S.D.Tex.), where Redgrave LLP acted as Discovery counsel for debtor, energy industry provider of engineering, construction, and installation services, restructuring $9.2 billion in prepetition debt
