Brenda A. Chauncey



Brenda is an accomplished talent development professional with a passion for building innovative and effective programs and initiatives to support and train law firm professionals and create holistic talent development plans.  With over a decade of experience focused on creating, improving, and overseeing development strategies, Brenda is skilled at assessing needs and implementing appropriate and tangible stepping stones for growth.  As Talent Development Director at Redgrave LLP, Brenda works closely with firm leadership to design and implement talent onboarding and integration programs, evaluate and build continuing education and training curricula, oversee mentoring and coaching opportunities, and promote leadership development.  She also leads the design of mission-critical initiatives at the Firm, including diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, and work-life effectiveness.  Brenda collaborates with Redgrave professionals at all levels to ensure continuous, innovative, and impactful personal career development and growth. 

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Brenda held leadership positions at Fox Rothschild LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she was instrumental in creating dynamic training and development programs.


Brenda is a member of the Professional Development Consortium (PDC), the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA), the Association for Talent Development (CCASTD), Chicago Chapter, and the Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Chicago Chapter.


Brenda received both her M.A. in Training and Development and B.P.S. in Systems Management from Roosevelt University.  She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).
