
Caitlin L. Oyler
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Caitlin is skilled in the execution of defensible eDiscovery processes in connection with contentious, high-stakes commercial litigation, pharmaceutical patent litigation, antitrust matters, and internal and government investigations. Her work focuses on a wide range of eDiscovery and litigation needs, including document review and production, data identification and selection, document preservation, deposition preparation, and overall litigation preparedness.
Some of Caitlin’s recent work experience includes:
- Managing and overseeing review and production of documents in a multi-state litigation
- Managing Relativity and Ringtail databases for document reviews and productions, including setting up batches for review, coding panels, and complex searches
- Working with co-counsel and eDiscovery vendors to effectively represent client interests, including evaluating and advocating for cost-effective, efficient, and defensible solutions
- Drafting and editing memoranda providing factual and legal analysis
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Caitlin worked at various law firms in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
EDUCATION:
Caitlin received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from Pepperdine University. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and California. Caitlin is fluent in Spanish.
