A skilled project manager, Carmen brings significant experience supporting discovery matters to her role as Advisor at Redgrave LLP.  She leverages her hands-on knowledge of discovery tools and processes to assist client teams in developing effective and efficient discovery solutions for clients facing litigation and investigations.  

With a background in trial preparation, Carmen excels at managing complex discovery matters and supporting client teams in managing the entire discovery lifecycle.  Her work includes supporting fact and legal research, handling court filings, and assisting with discovery tasks, including document reviews. As a certified RelativityOne Administrator, Carmen applies her knowledge of Relativity and other eDiscovery tools to facilitate efficient workflows for large discovery projects.    

Some of Carmen’s recent work experience includes:

  • Assisting with drafting and managing written discovery requests, objections, and responses
  • Running structured data analytics and search term reports in Relativity 
  • Preparing documents for productions
  • Culling data for review preparation
  • Analyzing documents and drafting memoranda regarding matter findings
  • Preparing trial exhibits
  • Serving as lead paralegal at trials for large commercial litigation matters

Before joining Redgrave LLP, she was a paralegal and RelativityOne Administrator at Robbins DiMonte, Ltd. and held paralegal positions at various Chicago-based law firms.


Carmen received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Northwestern College and graduated from DePaul University with a B.F.A.
